2. Shipping Costs
2.1 Shipping method
We had many negativ experiences with Hermes: Lost packages, unsolicited retours etc. Therefore we decided to stop using Hermes shipping services.
We ship free of charge for orders over 100€ in germany!!
2.2 Within Germany with DHL / German Post
We offer the following prices (including 19% VAT) based on order total and package weight for DHL shipments within Germany:

Shipments with DHL are insured up to 500€.
We send orders for more than 100€ for free in Germany!
For the purpose of calculating the total package weight, we allow for 1 kg of packaging material to be added to each order.
If you would prefer to use a shipping company other than DHL, simply let us know. Please note that using a different shipping company may cost more.

With DHL there are no extra costs on shipping to german islands.

Please note that if you are viewing our website within the European Union, all prices will be displayed with the German 19% VAT (7% for books). Goods that we send outside of the European Union will not be taxed and therefore the prices will be considerably lower! If you are viewing our website from outside the EU, your computer will display the prices with no VAT.
You will be responsible to pay your own country´s duty and taxes.
We use DHL to ship worldwide. Below you will find a list of the countries organized by DHL zone. Below that you will find a table that displays the DHL prices according to zones. First find which zone your country is in, then you can figure out what your shipping cost will be according to the weight of the package. Please note, that the weights shown are the total weight of the package. Therefore, if you order 5kg of goods, it cannot fit into a 5kg package because the packaging also weighs about 1kg. That means if you check out with 5kg of goods, your shipping costs will be calculated at the 10kg level.

3. Delivery Time
We will ship your package within four to five work days (Monday to Friday) upon receipt of payment. The expected shipping time for packages within Germany is 2-5 work days.
Once we have shipped your package, we will send you an email with the available tracking information. If you ever have any questions about where your package is or if there is any problem with the shippment, please contact us. We will help you as fast as we can.
4. Payments
Our normal method of payment receipt within Europe is PayPal or bank transfer. You will be given our bank information during check-out. Please give your invoice number as a reference number with your bank transfer so that we can quickly determine that your order should be shipped.
The customer will receive an invoice for the delivered goods and the shipping. For your tax records, the VAT will be shown seperately on the invoice.
